Miracles are going to happen.....I just know it!!!

Her package arrived! Thanks Bro. Adams! the requested no-bake fudgies were still fresh! and Yummy she said

How are all of you! I am doing great. This week was so good!! We improved! Yay! And pres. and Hermana Douglas came to Cañete and spoke because they were here looking for an apartment for a couple that is coming here to work with menos activos (less active) and family history. I am so excited. But, I think I’ll get transferred. As hard as that is it’s part of the mission. I have loved Cañete. We find out sat night who gets transferred and where. So next week I don’t know what day I will write. I’m excited to see where I might go next and what adventures I will have! I love a scripture in 2 nefi 25:26.

And we talk of Christ, we rejoice in Christ, we preach of Christ, we prophesy of Christ, and we write according to our prophecies, that our children may know to what source they may look for a remission of their sins.

Share the gospel!
It’s been on my mind lately. Anyway, Pres Douglas talked about having a testimony and being converted. If you are converted you persevere to the end and you understand and apply the atonement in your life. I listened to a talk from conference from priesthood session called the choice generation. We are constantly changing. We are beings that change. Change is a gift from God that we should be very grateful for. We can change. We can become better. It is little by little. Line upon line precept upon precept. We have the power to change and become what we want... did you know that we become what we consistently think we can become, this concept is from The Fourth Missionary, it’s a talk I can’t remember who spoke it but it is very good. My advice is to read it. It was very good. We have the power in our mind and in our heart. So president gave 5 things that will help us be converted.
Hermana Arroyo and Hermana Bott on the bus

 1. Share the gospel it’s a commandment.

2. Read the Book of Mormon in your family every day and by yourself, in Lima there is a man that is a convert for 2 months and he has to leave for work at 4:30 in the morning so he gets up and reads at 3:30 EVERY morning! He is converted. Read in your families.

3. Go to the Temple and do family history work, we literally can have angels round about us, I can’t remember the scripture but it says something like I will go before your face and will be on your left hand and on your right and mine angels round about you. I testify of this scripture.

4. Go to church and sanctify the dia de reposo (Sabbath). Maria our constant investigator comes to church every  week, she quit her job so she could go every week and she understands the santa cena, the sacrament, she cried and cried because she said she was unworthy. She understands and was so happy to be there yesterday.

5. Pay your tithing. A hermana in sacrament from the rama  (branch)said she experimented with tithing because she didn’t know how she would pay her tithing when she had so little. She said that she always has enough. The windows of heaven are opened up when we pay a full tithing.

When looking at the photos with this it looked like they are in a van or car. Hmmm, wonder how safe this is to have this many people shoved into a vehicle. (Better that the mom doesn't know:)
Oh and HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!!!!! sorry its late. P-day was so fun last week we had burgers. I wore red, white and blue. GO USA. Also, Thursday we went with President Macha to Cerro Azul in his moto to check on the members because the ocean was way strong and some of the things had been destroyed. All the members were good luckily but others weren’t so fortunate. I feel so blessed. Thank you for all of your prayers!!!! Hermana Arroyo is so funny!! I love her!!!! Have a great day!! Remember you are a son or daughter of a King.

must be a p-day
