Believe, Obey, Endure!!!

I love the mission! There is a quote I love that says there is no bad days, there are only GROWING days. Days that we progress. I had a growing week! This week was great Hermana Arroyo and I had intercambios and we learned a lot from Hermana Cortez and Hermana Zareta and hna Udy.  It was seriously a life saver. So this morning I read this awesome chapter in Alma 37 that gave me a lot of hope. Because this week hna Arroyo and I are going to find golden families that are going to be baptized and sealed in the temple in one year! So to begin I want to share a quote from Harold B Lee that says, “Life is fragile handle with prayer.” Lesson 1: PRAY. Next, Alma 37 is really good. Another quote that is by Pres Monson that says “wonderful glorious things are in store for YOU if you will BELIEVE, OBEY, and ENDURE!” It is so true! Believe in verse 7 by very small means are great things brought to pass. It is just a little faith. Like in Alma 32 even if you just want to believe that is enough for the Lord to work with. OBEY, obey the commandments enough said, but verse 16 gives a second testimony. ENDURE, this is the hardest for me. Because sometimes it is so easy to look at the negative. But when I look for my blessings. The small small blessings I am so much happier. In verse 11 it says ¨´forbear´´ to me that meant to give the Lord your burdens to keep pushing on but use the Lord like in Mathew 11: 28 to 30. Give the Lord your burdens and He can take them. That is what the Atonement is all about. It truly can take our burdens. This chapter is Alma talking to his son Helaman. He is teaching him to believe, obey and endure. In verse 16 it says if Helaman endures a mighty work will come because of his obedience. Lessons I learned: Trust in God, and Obey His commandments, they set us free. Humbly take counsel from your leaders, parents, the Prophet and read the Book of Mormon. Another quote from me EXPECT THE MIRACLES! We are going to experiment on the word this week from Alma 32 and put our faith into action and find chosen families to teach. I love the Gospel! 2 Nefi 31: 21 sums it all up a lot better than I ever could. 

Today we are going to el mercado to buy! I’m excited. We were going to go to Cerro Azul but change of plans. Anyway, oh and on Tuesday night we go to Lima for a conference for all the hermanas in Lima Perú South! We sleep in a hotel and then on Wednesday we have the conference! I am so excited! Have a great week! BELIEVE!!
